man vs woman

Currently reading Man r from Mars and Woman r from Venus. Learnt to understand the different thinking which man and woman has.
Martians must learn that:
woman relieve stress by expressing themselves not finding solution. So learn to listen, no need to give solutions. Try to understand them and let them feel that they r being cherished, like hug them and kiss them. They would appreciate it very much.
Another thing for men to learn, all women are like waves. Bear in mind. They are very loving and nice when the waves go up. However, waves will always go down. When it goes down, women are juz like falling into a dark well. Before she could goes up, she have to reach the bottom of the well first. At this stage, when wome feels insecure or unsupported, their well will deepen. Therefore, it is important for men to support and love their woman. Men can help them by lending their listening ear, sometime they may feel even worse, but it will assist them to reach the bottom faster. Then finally come up again. But that doesn't mean their problem is solve.
Alot of men often mistakenly thought that their problem was solved, that's y they felt better. But many time, men got frustrated over this waves, they thought that he had already reassured her, but the history still repeat. Well.. i read till this point, will update it further. =>
Venusian must learn that:
man relieve stress is unlike woman. They wun feel better like us when they speak up. They feel better when they have solved their problems. If their problems cannot be solved, they will do other things to forget it.
Do not offer solution or advice to them, unless they asked for it. Else juz keep quiet. if not he will feel that u do not trust them. Simple thing like "you should call Jim, he would know how to go." will offend him..
