Taken at Singapore Changi Airport

The group that I went with... they are really fun...

It was my first time going oversea with a group of friends and my first time taking air plane. The feeling was nice, especially when the plane departed and landed.

Purpose for writing this blog is to share the places to go.. let mi write them short and sweet in point form.

Bankok

• Cha Tu Chang- only open on weekends 7am to 7pm. It's the best place to shop, must not miss this place the next time i go. It is a very big flea market, a very nice to shop place. Most of the stalls sell their thing at very reasonable price.
  


• Morning flea market- it's near Eastin hotel, think travel by cab for less than 15mins. Forgot the name of the market. Quite a number of things to see and buy.
  


• DreamWorld- It's like disneyland! Had a wonderful time down there. Esp playing Go Kart. And the Pirate ship made my face turn greenish pale. LoL...
  

• Chinatown- a fantastic place for eating. If you want to buy their "tu can", local specialilties, go to this place "LIN ZHEN XIANG", serve good customer service.

• Red Light District- Personally i dun like to buy things over there, because i'm not good at bargain. If u ever go down there, must slash the price daringly. As they sold twice or thrice the actual selling price. Lot of Lady Boys, "Ar Gua", most of them are prettier than real girls. Definitely an eye opener to me.
  

Pattaya

• Coral Island- Very nice place to play and have fun. But also spend the most down there. At around 1000Baht per person, according to the number of games you played lor. Beware of cheater down there, sometime they would attract you to play their sport by saying it's price without saying baht, after you played then they tell you to pay Sing dollar. Eg.: the sprot cost 100(make you assume it's 100 Baht), after you played they say 100 Sing dollar.

• Pattaya Nite- Sorry, forgot the place again, it is something like China Black, with lot of tourists and youngsters. However, pattaya is better, they had arranged programmes where performers will sing. You still can enjoy your self without even have to dance or drink.

My conclusion

Always must be careful with our belongings. Over there is unlike Singapore, quite messy. Like I mentioned, really an eye opener for me. Their lifestyle seem to be easy and relax: their cab price are very cheap even when go by meter(ard 1 hour only 70Baht); to travel between places sometime could take up to 1 hour plus; to negotiate price, sometime must show face(like unhappy face) and make the other party feel threatened like(if you dun give me at that price, i will find other seller), politeness will not be presence most of the time.

Most of them are doing their own business, be it Big or Small. Big can be a company and small can be walking around to sell flower along the road. They seized every business opportunity. Some of them really impresses me however some of them really make me puke with their undesired way for doing business. Anyway, that's their way of life.
